Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled meetings and sessions.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited at Soul Creative’s discretion. Soul Creative may reschedule due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Client Responsibilities

Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive ownership rights to final approved deliverables only.
Soul Creative reserves the right to display completed work for portfolio, marketing, educational, and promotional purposes.
Clients are responsible for securing proper licenses for third-party content unless otherwise agreed.
